Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Oversee the largest region generates 8-digit sales revenue annually with a team support. Responsible for marketing strategy, marketing material, industry events and trade show. Develop relationships with hotels and CVB partners. In the same time, work with CVBs and hotel directly for contracting.

Responsible for the largest single region with 8-digit sales revenue annually. Organize all marketing and trade shows in US including 4 year’s IPW. Work closely with the founder of company to determine appropriate sales strategies in US market segments towards maximizing the company revenues. Train new sales on industry knowledge, selling techniques, closing sales, client relations, and business development.

Work directly with travel agents, tour operators in China, US west and east for group and FIT hotel quotations and reservations. Emergency handling for VIP guests check in issue.
