I am responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with the relevant policies and regulations. I also manage the payroll, benefits, and incentives for the staff and contractors, and coordinate with the accounting and HR teams.I have a Masters of Social Science degree in Political Science from National University | Bangladesh, where I developed my analytical, communication, and research skills.
