Responsible for leading the email deployment team, and creating and maintaining processes for deploying emails. I created a QA checklist that archives results and notifies the developer of any areas that need to be revisited. I’ve created and maintained an internal website where I document and explain in detail all of my team’s processes. I make use of javascript to add custom functionality, efficiency, and quality of life upgrades to our project management tool, Podio.Led and consulted for the successful migration of eight brands from Salesforce ExactTarget to Oracle Responsys. I adapted quickly to an unfamiliar platform and helped teach all of my team how to use it. I took ownership of the data migration and manually transferred all the subscribers from Salesforce to Oracle Responsys.Prepare and QA email deployments. I work as part of a team of four developers and four deployers to launch more than 500 email campaigns per month with an accuracy of over 99.98%.Process all CCPA requests in Responsys within 45 days.
