This role exposed me to the full spectrum of talent management and allowed me to manage significant projects. I left when I sought more hands-on experience.At Myra, I started as Culture Chief, leading the shift from a traditional corporate approach to a more progressive, tech-driven startup. This included redefining our company philosophy and transitioning from OIB Central to Myra.With the new identity established, we focused on aligning our team, revising our performance evaluation system to make it simpler and more objective. We also revamped our recruitment process, introducing preliminary candidate assessments and moving to a paperless system.Now, as Chief of People and Growth, I oversee Culture, Branding, and Digital functions, driving initiatives to enhance our people’s experience and capabilities. Our goal is to become a RM 1 billion developer, tailoring our developments to meet the needs of every neighborhood.I’m grateful for the journey so far and owe my progress to the guidance of my colleagues, the upbringing my parents provided, and above all, God's mercy.
