Louis Zachariah Moreno, also known as “Aki” was born and raised in Metro Manila, Philippines. He graduated from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, where he honed his skills as both a Culinary Arts major and a proud member of the hospitality industry. He has spent his career in the hospitality industry as a bartender for a craft beer pub, Cage Cashier, and Slots Assistant for casinos located in the Philippines.Aki is fond of training in martial arts and culinary arts to keep his mind and body sharp.
