Key Responsibilities:- Installing, configuring, and upgrading various banking system components, including backup administration tools and software.- Conducting demonstrations within the Proof of Concept (PoC) framework, showcasing the functionalities of the backup administration tools and solutions.- Establishing test environments to assess the compatibility and effectiveness of newly released versions of backup administration products.- Developing automated reports, intuitive dashboards, and meaningful correlations from backup system data to facilitate informed decision-making.- Delivering comprehensive product training to internal teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of the backup administration tools and their functionalities.- Creating and maintaining technical documentation that details the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting processes for the backup administration systems.
