Some of my customers were startups that have become leaders in their own category of product innovations such as Beddit.I had the pleasure of seeing how, from the point where I hopped on board, a business of 60 people more than doubled their personnel to over 130 people around European offices with the extension of the whole Mirum and JWT network today. Mirum is mentioned as "Visionary" in Gartners Magic Quadrant. I started this journey at Activeark, which transformed to Activeark JWT and later formed their own advertising agency network Mirum under JWT and grew to be top 3 agencies in Finland and is a formidable player in the Digital Agency Market inside the extended Mirum network around the world.

As a member outside of the IAB(Interactive Advertising Bureau) organisation I represented and led a group of over 10 professionals in IAB's efforts in Mobile Marketing standardization & spreading awareness of the subject to a larger audience. Together our workgroup developed and published the first version of standardized guidelines for Mobile Advertising in Finland.
