Job Responsibilities:• Develop work plans for subcontractor teams, outlining tasks and timelines.• Coordinate field operations based on project blueprints provided by the planning unit, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient deployment of fiber optic cables to customers.• Oversee all aspects of fiber optic connection and cable installation processes, spanning from the main switchboard to customer premises in various projects like FTTH, FTTB, and FTTX. Address customer concerns on-site when needed to ensure project completion.• Supervise teams by monitoring the entire process from cable exit at the main switchboard to customer delivery in Metro Ethernet projects. Serve as a liaison between customers and subcontractor teams, facilitating effective communication. Act as a customer service representative when required to enhance satisfaction levels.• Execute projects according to established plans, including making field joints for fiber optic cables. Make necessary adjustments or shortcuts to resolve issues encountered during project execution.• Prepare comprehensive progress reports upon project completion and communicate all work details to superiors.• Ensure compliance with indoor cabling standards in FTTB projects, including preparing work plans for indoor cabling teams and conducting post-job inspections. • Generate progress reports following completion of indoor cabling tasks.
