Indentify potential new clients for micro distilled, artisan essential oils through research of local retail establishments and craft makers. Convert potential leads into new business accounts and deliver product as required. Increase brand awareness and networking through representation of the company at craft shows. Create new media which reflects company values to reach broader audience such as a logo and brochures.

Write estimates on customer's damaged vehicles at body shop, collaborate with technicians on a repair plan that adheres to company guidelines and negotiate repair cost with insurance companies. Manage the repair process by walking through the body shop daily to check on the status on each vehicle, resolve any concerns with solutions to avoid repair delay and keep customer informed of any changes in the repair process.

Job duties include quoting and selling multiple lines of insurance to potential clients and training employees. Additionally responsible for assisting current customers with policy related questions, solving underwriting issues, and accurately interpreting company guidelines. Other tasks involve submitting feedback in regard to potential process changes and system corrections.
