Work with HSSE staff to ensure that information is accurate before sharing with 20 staff, 4 interns, and 2 Gees HRM MRCSB.- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including collecting and processing paperwork for ACS Card, Safety Visa, Safety Briefing (HSE), temporary coverall & safety equipment.- Support Petronas Career Fair as a committee member in Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC) by providing career opportunities to talented individuals, creating new profiles on Petronas Career Page, explaining guidelines for Petronas Education Sponsorship Programme (PESP) Application, Graduate Employability Enhancement Scheme (GEES), collecting resumes, and conducting the first screening process. Successfully received a total of 442 resumes which were then transferred to an excel-based data for further review by recruiters and hiring managers.
