Take-Pause is a VR mindfulness app for teens. I produced the beta version of the app, which has been successfully tested in hospitals and schools. At the Orange Regional Medical Center in NYC, nurses measured heart rate before and after the experience. 70% of the pediatric patients that tried it had a slower heart rate and also said they felt calmer. Visuals created using Tilt Brush. Experience created in Unity.

Having 4 years of professional ballroom dancing has changed my thought process and view on performance and entertainment entirely. After performing on live television, national parades, international concerts and celebrations, I learned a lot about media, self-PR, as well as understanding of performance on stage and in front of a camera. The dances I specialized in were: waltz, Viennese waltz, cha-cha, samba, salsa, rumba, jive, and quickstep.
