Current role is Director of IT (CIO) for an international corporate group consisting of 14 companies with a total revenue of 115 billion HUF. I lead IT department that encompasses 5 segments. These segments include: 1. R&D and QA: I am responsible for leading an in-house development team of a 10-year-old massive ERP product. This involves full stack development, UX/UI enhancements, AI utilization in agile scrum. 2. Support team: I oversee a team that provides server and user support, both locally and remotely, ranging from L1 to L4. 3. International infrastructure team: I manage a team that handles a multisite, hybrid backend solution for our EU operations. 4. IT service center: I oversee a center that offers services such as Power BI, application engineering, data mining, and integration and implementation expertise. 5. PMO: I am in charge of a team consisting of project managers, business analysts, product owners, and system and solution architects. With 26 years of experience in IT management, I possess a comprehensive understanding of operational management, P&L planning and handling, business development, divisional leadership, organizational redesign, and the establishment of principle models and strategies. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on outperforming our competitors on the field I manage.
