In my current role I am responsible for all aspects of training and enablement for Mitel Sales Engineers in their International region. This includes knowledge management, curriculum development and also providing consultancy on their SMB Portfolio,I have been working in the IT industry for over 35 years, many years of which have been spent in senior marketing, pre-sales consultancy and management roles. This has given me the required skills base for my current role as Global Training Manager for MitelMy career has been closely mapped to the growth in the networking industry, and I have had privilege in taking part in some of it’s major mile stones. Including deploying the first high speed network for the Government, developments in structured cabling and being the design authority on one of the largest switch networks in the world.
