FM counsultant for Data Centre

I am a data Center Specialist working in Hyperscale Data Center, registered as Leed platinum version 4.1 Leed platinum level in USGBC, NEOM Saudi Arabia TIERIII- oversee the construction of NEOM Hyperscale data center 12MW (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and infrastructure).- Prepare project reports as required ( project progress and site issues with technical recommendations,.etc.).- Reviewing IFC, Shop drawing, and specifications according to standard and codes as well as testing and commissioning plans and conduct works inspection.- Reviewing and modify Runbooks (SOP, MOP, EOP, SCP ), Policy and procedures of Data Center that received from consultant according to O&M manuals and systems configuration.- Create equipment checklist maintenance for (Switch gear, transformer, generator, RMU, UPS, electrical panel, Leak Detection system, Fire alarm, busway, Lighting system, Central battery system, Audio video system, ICT system, Photo Voltaic system, Firefighting, IDEC, Chiller, CRAH, VRF, ACCU).- Create site specification and asset register.- site responsibilities (Switch gear, transformers, generators, RMU,s , UPS,s , electrical panels, Leak Detection system, Fire alarm, busway, Lighting system, Central battery system, Audio video system, ICT system, Photo Voltaic system, Firefighting, IDEC,s , Chillers' , CRAH,s , VRF,s , ACCU).

Data Center Operation Manager responsible for all site activity (mechanical and electrical).✓ Oversee the development and management of site-specific procedures, maintenance strategies, andsupport contracts.✓ Oversee the services provided to the colocation Tenants of Mobily and ensure their colocation agreementterms from maintenance, environmental and power SLA and KPIs are being met by sharing mutuallyagreed reports. Ensure colocation tenant of Mobily satisfaction at all times.✓ Oversee the Operation of the data centers program to achieve 100% uptime and customer service levelagreement (SLA) compliance.✓ Ensure the facilities complies with governmental regulations and Tier III standards, interact with auditorsas needed.✓ Oversee the development, implementation and administration of operational processes, programs, andsystems.✓ Demonstrate effective team management and supervisory skills including planning, priority setting, conflictresolution, and managing multiple efforts concurrently.✓ Coordinate with colocation tenants of Mobily and ensure proper notification and communication.✓ Review, recommend and implement additions, modifications, and improvements to the facility.✓ Manage data centers maintenance programs and ensure schedule is adhered to and coordinated withproduction requirements and Data Centre objectives✓ Ensure vendor adheres to quality, scheduling, budgetary guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.✓ Establish methods and procedures for work activities; identify and resolve operational problems; andcommunicate expertise and approval concerning activities.Develop and maintain work plans, estimates, and schedules for customer installation projects.✓ Lead a team of engineer and technicians to do proper pervintive maintenance for all machines.

ELECTRICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -✓ UPS, s PPM and complete Operations.✓ Rectifier Operations and PPM.✓ PPC PPM and Compete Operation.✓ Complete Execution of EIR for very start till end.✓ Monthly Generators Load test (PMR).✓ Daily readings of all Electrical Equipment’s. (Daily Check List)✓ BMS system Operations.- MECHANICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -✓ Operation and PPM responsible for AHU, s.✓ Operation and PPM responsible for FCU, s.✓ Operation and PPM responsible for FAHU, s.✓ Operation and PPM responsible for Chillers.✓ Operation and PPM responsible for Chill Water Pumps.✓ Operation and PPM of Water softener Units.✓ Operation and PPM responsible of Fire Pumps.✓ Operation of Generators.- DATA CENTER WHITE SPACE MANAGEMENT. (ACCORDINGTO UPTIME INSTITUTE STANDARDS):-✓ Responsible for Rack space management in Data Center.✓ Calculations of White space cooling.✓ Calculation of CRAH units cooling (HVAC).✓ Calculation of RACK space.✓ Responsible for Data center environment (Humidity and Temperature).✓ Management of Data Center Team in all 3 Shifts.CVPage 6 of 12- DATA CENTER APPLICATIONS AND REPORTING ACTIVITIES:✓ Managing all CAFM activities.✓ Complete operational and troubleshooting of BMS system.✓ Managing all DCIM requests.✓ Responsible for all Daily Check lists and Shift Logs.✓ Responsible for all Weekly and Monthly reports.✓ Incident Reports Responsible.✓ Weekly, Monthly Shift rosters responsible.- FIRE SAFETY AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT:✓ Full Operation of Kiddie Fire System.✓ Monthly PPM of Fire system.✓ Complete Operation of MFACP.✓ Management of all Security system like Cameras and Access control system.- EIR MANAGEMENT:✓ Responsible for all EIR including AC and DC Request.✓ Responsible for all the Electrical and Communication cable installation in Data Center as perMobily standard.- PARALLEL projects with MMR:✓ Installation of generators and ATS at ALrajhi banks.✓ Installation of data center at ULA.
