1) Warehouse coordination: • Be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in warehouse. • Receive shipments from vendor as per ASN booked delivery slots and unload trucks at the loading docks • Supervise receipt of all shipments, process receiving, counting, discrepancy and damage reports as needed. • Coordinates ISC team to ensure Inbounding of shipment 1-2 days once delivered in warehouse and maintain stock accuracy. • Any shortage/excess or PS discrepancies must report within 1-2 days once shipment delivered in warehouse. • Keep record of RTV (return to vendor) Quantities of each PO, Brand and supplier, ensure nothing should go in liquidation without approval. • Creates B2B sales RTV if required and ensure it getting picked correctly and as per requirement. • Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior. 2) Buyers & Content teams’ coordination: • While inbounding shipment, keeps check if inventory goes in PS box (problem solving box) due to content mismatch or any discrepancies (i.e color / size / style / barcode mismatch, damaged item etc). • Analyze PS issues and find out the reason of PS and its resolution. • Coordinates with buyers and content teams to resolve mismatch physical product vs system data in terms of any size, brand, barcode etc issues. • Coordinates with ISC team once the PS issue resolved to ensure Inbounding of PS items 1-2 days and generating GRN. • Evaluate complaints received on shipments of supplies and take appropriate action to resolve. • Highlight suppliers / Brand who are having frequent issues while inbounding their shipments and take up with respected brand buyers / department to mitigate or resolve issues permanently. • PS aging must retain under 7 days and highlight concern if any issue going beyond 7 days unresolved. • Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
