Selected Duties & responsibility:• Managing the full scope of human resources operations, activities include and not limited to hiring on/off -boarding compensation and benefits administrations, project management, employee relation employments law /bylaw and regulations, health and safety, payroll ,• Development and implementation of HR policies, SOP, standards for the three companies (Rum gases co , Pharmaquest co ,Rum Calibration )• Deliver business-critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations.• Work on group department work flow & SOP’s, task, and follow up other department as GM assistance with process management,• Work with the High Management & directors on the short and long-term goals and annual plan Oversee budgeting, reporting,• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective fact-finding investigations, where appropriate, to help achieve closure on employee relations issues• Communicate with all Business Units and update Group HR Manager to maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of future operational plans and developments. Assist and provide support in establishing a manpower planning system in line with best industry practices.•Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within the company. Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial guidance and communications to affected employees.• Work closely with senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives.• Management of the full recruitment process including (Sourcing, screening CVs, and interviewing)• Work as ISO 9001:2015 Consultant for our clients in consultation section.

• Providing first line network support & hardware, software computer support and services, this includes diagnosing and troubleshooting network and desktop software, hardware problems in a networked windows environment & servers.• Assist in Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop computer software, and other standard application programs & network equipment (switches, network Printers, Access point), maintains accurate and up to date hardware and software inventory • Internal control and monitoring systems, assists in the planning and installation.• setting up new users' accounts and profiles , dealing with password issues (AD,CLI bank soft)• P.O.S (Point of sale) controller, technical & Software support (Software installation and configuration).• Issue and renew National express Cr. & Db. Cards, Account records & transactions through UNIX CTL banking systems .• Control daily operations (application and processing, troubleshooting).
