• Providing first line network support & hardware, software computer support and services, this includes diagnosing and troubleshooting network and desktop software, hardware problems in a networked windows environment &.
• Assist in Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop computer software, and other standard application programs & network equipment (switches, network Printers, Access point), maintains accurate and up to date hardware and.
• Internal control and monitoring systems, assists in the planning and installation.

• P.O.S (Point of sale) controller, technical & Software support (Software installation and configuration).
• Issue and renew National express Cr. & Db. Cards, Account records & transactions through UNIX CTL banking systems.
