Current• Responsibilities• Responsible for managing PTCL Receivables Management System(RMS) and providing Billing Support to the end-users all over the country for Billing, Payment, Collection, billing adjustments, closing/restoration of services and RMS Users’ Accounts. Providing guidance and support to RMS users for using various features of RMS portal and responsible for conducting Periodic Review of RMS Users’ Access Management and updating the users’ roles/privileges.• Introduced and added several new security features in RMS application to make it more secure and accessible only to the authorized users, which helped in preventing unauthorized access and preventing misuse.• Helped in creation and establishment of more than 200 new PTCL Ufone JS Shops, which are serving hundreds of thousand PTCL Customers every-day.• Provided hands-on training to hundreds of PTCL and Ufone Staff on RMS portal, who are now serving the PTCL customers and helping in Revenue Collection for PTCL and reducing the churn rate by providing all the services at one place.
