Edited RFI documents that were sent to potential business clients to find the optimal Category Management tool. Created an inventory and technical architecture of all procurement systems and tools + interactions used by K-C globally. Gives context to suppliers during client meetings. Used as blueprint for the new SAP platform upgrade happening over the next couple of months. Integral to understanding which tools are going to be maintained, which are going to be replaced, and which are going to be removed.
