For the past five years, I have learnt to handles customers like they are heard & understood and "sales" like none can do it better. My core competence with dealing with customers lies in Customer Care, Customer Management, Customer Complaint Resolution whereas with Sales, I'm experienced in Sales Team Management, Deposit Mobilizations particularly to the banking sector but I'd be happy to explore a new industry. I have gathered my interest in Training and Development. I have conducted sessions & sessions and soon, I realized I can motivate people and help them communicate better, sell better and grow farther.
