Handling telco product like Internet lease line, MPLS, IMPLS,IPLC,Data centre,PRI,post paid,4G• Handling Bangalore Corporate/ SME accounts and managing the revenue market share among through sales of post paid connections of basic Telephony (PSTN lines), GSM, ISDN Solutions, Digital Subscriber links (DSL), Lease lines, MPLS and various telecom solutions to various organizations.• Managing a direct team of 8 channel managers and close to 50 Indirect FOS manpower for product Distribution and account penetration.• Revenue increase in the cracked account base through relationship management with accounts.• Critically managing the health of Business through managing Non Financial Parameters (NFP’s) like Churn control / FBD / ZPD’s. • Identifying the training needs of the team and fulfilling training gaps through structured training programs.• Develop new business opportunity through tie ups with office automations vendors/ PBX vendors & real estate dealers for deeper product penetration.

Handling telco product like PRI,post paid,2G and 3GHandling 100 set up accounts directly and ensure these customers are engaged properly and address the new requirement and issues on pro activelyIncrease the revenue from this set up account month on month
