 Implement the changes which is raised by client. Good understanding of Monitoring tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds (NCP/NMP) addingnode, resource listing, Bandwidth Monitoring real time testing. Coordinating with ISP in case of any services related issue (ILL/ MPLS/GMPLS). Good understanding of Ticketing Toolsuch as Service Now, Service Desk. Maintain and update all the LAN, WAN, VLAN network inventory. Update and create the LAN, WAN diagrams as per the architecture. Hands-on experience Cisco Router ASR-1002, ISR -4331/4451/4351/1941/800-M Series. Hands-on experience on Cisco 2900/9200/9300/9500/3560/3750/3850/4507/6507Series Switches. Planning and implementation of new technologies with help ofsenior engineer. Training new junior employees. Taking Backup of all networking devices, security devices and restoring when needed, so that the downtime is reduced. Coordinating with Palo Alto and Cisco TAC for troubleshooting asissuesrelated to respective devices (Firewall/Router/Switches/AP/WLC). Work on IOS upgradation on Router/Switches/Firewall to overcome any vulnerabilitythat can cause impact on overall network performance. Troubleshooting incident or network related issue onsite orremote location.

 Raising the tickets regarding the major issues and resolved it within SLA. Monitoring and TROUBLESHOOTING issues on MPLS links of TATA, Vodafone, Airtel, BSNLand logging calls to respective service provider if the link is having issues and escalation. Arrange new device to customer if it went faulty and make it ready with configuration. Commission and Decommissions the MPLS links. Installation, configuration of Network devices. Arrange engineer for attending down calls. Assisting on-field engineers in troubleshooting. Handling Escalated calls of customer.
