As a Delivery Manager at Punchh (A PAR Company) , I lead a dedicated team of 15 professionals focused on mobile app development. My responsibilities include:Team Leadership: Directing and motivating a team of 15 individuals, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to creativity and productivity.Project Management: Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of mobile app development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.POCs: Spearheading the exploration and implementation of innovative ideas and technologies through POC initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Blocker Resolution: Proactively identifying and resolving blockers that impede progress, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.Process Improvement: Implementing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline workflows. Additionally, leading initiatives to enhance the interview process and elevate C-Sat.Technical Skills: Leveraging expertise in JavaScript, React Native, TypeScript, React.js, and AdonisJs to provide technical guidance and support to the team, driving technical excellence and innovation.

- Team Management: As I am a part of one of the largest team at Punchh, so my task is to help team to resolve their issues & remove their blocker areas. Guild them about policy related changes. Connect with team on zoom to help to fix issues.- Documentation: Documentation is also an important part of our process, we manage it on confluence & share it with team. It is used to inform about the changes which are required or privacy related changes by PlayStore or app store ,etc. - POC & New Finding: Another important tasks in which I have to do POC on new SDK integration or new flow integration with its impact analysis.- Live App Incident (LAI) : LAI is also one of important goal for me. We have to check the root cause of LAI. Have to investigate that is it app side or not? If it's from app side then I try to fix it as soon as possible or if is not from app side try to deliver it proper team.Estimate Effort & Initial Project Setup: We have to provide estimate development effort before assigning any project which helps to create timeline. We also do impact analysis of any new requirement & also provide the estimate for few mandatory updates that have not implemented till yet. We also do initial project setup & try to resolve blocker areas.- Recruitment Process : I also provides my contribution in recruitment process. .
