Cae Engineering Software Global Support Manager
Current- Manage the global CAE Engineering support team.
- Recruit and onboard all levels of Engineering Support and/or Applications Engineering resources.
- Continuous mentorship of the team members with respect to all Concepts CAE software products, partner company software products, as well as other 3rd party software products as needed.
- Provide critical product feedback to the CAE Software Product Management Director and assist in prioritizing the strategic development plans.
- Act as the senior level CAE Software Support Engineer by completing troubleshooting, root cause, and corrective action, and quality assurance activities for support requests.
- Maintain role as Concepts NREC optimization specialist; running test cases, validating 3rd party optimization tools, quality assurance of Concepts CAE optimization tools, and supporting all customer optimization.
