In my role as a consultant: I specialised in delivering comprehensive assessments and strategic recommendations to optimize operations and enhance the efficiency of IT infrastructure. I closely collaborate with clients, to gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, goals, and challenges, allowing me to tailor solutions that precisely meet their requirements. I conducted thorough reviews of large-scale digital transformations and presented a diverse range of recommendations to ensure successful outcomes. At 180DC Monash, I was part of the development team where we built a mobile app for Red Nose (non-profit) using React Native. As the UI designer using Figma, I played a crucial role in delivering a high-quality product. Additionally, I regularly maintained communication with the client to ensure their needs were being met and to keep the project on track. This experience sharpened my collaboration, project management, and client communication skills.

As the director of IT operations, my main responsibility was to organize online events. Utilised MailChimp and Zapier to integrate event registration forms with Gmail to ensure that all attendees would receive relevant updates regarding the event they signed up for. Regularly updated the website to ensure all information was accurate and up to date.

As a Social media analyst, my main responsibilities were understanding the club's social media platform performance data and extracting key insights to improve online marketing strategies. I was also involved in designing surveys for social campaigns that we ran during the year. Furthermore, I also analysed data collected in these campaigns to better understand people's behaviour towards our campaign and cause.

As a junior software developer, I was exposed to a variety of technology stacks and had the opportunity to take on differents responsibilities. One of the challenging tasks I completed during my time here was implementing authentication and an additional layer of security for the company's internal accounting web app. I also performed software testing and generated UAT documentation to be used by our client.
