In this role, I was responsible for the core and access network operations, serving as Deputy Manager.Commencing my IT career in 2000, I joined Gonophone Bangladesh Ltd., a Nationwide Internet Service Provider, where I worked until 2004. During my time there, I was responsible for WAN & MAN operations.Currently, I am also actively engaged with the Business Development and Corporate Affairs Team, where I keep track of market trends, current and upcoming policies and regulations, and adopt new technologies. I work closely with customers to meet their requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and plan new data center and cloud projects, including site selection, budget forecasting, and managing CAPEX & OPEX.
