Exploring digital tools and data science to better connect science with customers!

Envu was formed post-divestment of the Bayer Environmental Science business in October 2022 to private equity firm Cinven. As an independent company, Envu’s growth and value creation thesis relies on the realization of a robust pipeline and strong partnerships. I joined the Global Innovation group at Envu, leading global projects for the largest business segment of Envu ($250M+ portfolio). As part of portfolio value creation, I also led the biologics/biorational strategic initiative across the company. The global innovation team is aimed at unlocking new technologies and opportunities to grow the Environmental Science business across the world. In this role, I led the exploration and investment in innovation projects for the largest market segment in Envu, working closely with internal and external cross-functional partners across commercial, R&D and regulatory.

HICA is the leading industry body for manufacturers, marketers and users of products to control household pests and insects such as mosquitoes. Our focus is on thought leadership and advocacy on regulatory, legal, safety and sustainability issues for all members operating in this industry

The Environmental Science business unit of Bayer in South Asia provides innovative and effective solutions for vector control and pest management. Our work is highly relevant to public health efforts to control spread of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue and malaria.We are the largest and most dynamic team in the industry in India/South Asia. With strong customer commitment and a focus on innovation + sustainability, we continue to drive strong annual business growth in double-digits. I also served as a member of the APAC leadership team for Bayer Environmental Science and the leadership team for Bayer CropScience in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka
