During the middle of last year (2020) I moved from being a full-time employee to that of an independent contractor. That has allowed me to work with many other companies and technologies. I still work with Custom Controls as an independent and totally support all of their products. In addition to Custom Controls, I have picked up many other products to work with. Unlike many, my overall desire was never to work for myself. I know the sacrifice and understand all of the hours a small business owner must put in. I also know that to be successful in a business you must perform many different tasks. I have nothing but respect for those who have formed and successfully operated any business. Hopefully, I can be as successful as those who I have looked up to. I will be providing all of the same support those of you have come expect from me. This support will focus on IAQ issues. I look forward to picking up other products to enhance my portfolio. Additional products will include hazardous and corrosive duty equipment. Many of you know and understand my background with that my company will be focused on connecting manufactures with contractors. I will do this two ways. First by direct contact to contractors and second by providing much needed support to distributors. Sales area started with three states (IL, IN, IA) and then expanded to several other states (WI, MI, MN, NE, KS, MO, KT and parts of others). Sales rose over 400% in 4 years. • Working with the national sales manager to; o Get the word out about the value of the APR valve. A valve that can solve a number of system problems. A valve that is set one time and no additional adjustment is needed. A dependable product. o Establish a quality distribution network. o Provide product/technical support to contractors.• Working with chosen vendors to provide; o Sales and technical training. o Assist with customer relations relating to the APR. o Through the vendor staff provide installation training and startup training to contractors.• Working with contractors to identify opportunities for this valve. Such as o Humidity control. o Load control for varying loads(VAVs, outdoor air requirements, occupancy variations, and many more issues). o Compressor protection. o Energy savings. Now your DX system can have variable load control and maintain humidity with the APR valve. Unlike Hot Gas the APR valve maintains a coil temperature BELOW DEW POINT during part load conditions plus saves up to 12% on energy consumption.

He sold L & L in 1999 to Comfort Systems USA. I was retained to help with over 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space.
