Reduced inventory by 40% and replaced $4 million failed ERP implementation, going live with new system in six months at a cost of less than $1 million.• As interim CEO and General Receiver for 150 year old Consumer Products Company, negotiated settlement with two Chinese manufacturers, maximized value of asset sale preserving substantial brand value; resolved lawsuit against insurance carrier resulting in $2.75 million in increased recovery for creditors.• As Interim CEO of Wood Products manufacturing and retail company, reversed $4 million loss achieving profitability in 6 months; sold company to major supplier, paying all debt in full.• As General Receiver and Chief Restructuring Officer, executed orderly wind down of financial services company achieving 100% return to secured creditors.

• Served as consulting CEO for NASDAQ listed troubled Web Services Software Company with international subsidiaries. Managed cross border insolvency process and developed successful restructuring plan using existing corporate assets. Created new company (FusionWare), maximizing use of restructured technical and customer assets while preserving institutional investors’ debt and equity positions. Executed three way merger creating large IBM and HP distributorship; grew merged entity from $7 to $16 million in two years with positive EBITDA.
