Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.● Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.● Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.● With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues.● Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.● Other duties as assigned

• Lead and mentor team on adherence to the Department Execution Model related to inventory process, procedure, and strategy.• Consistently demonstrate responsibility for the general store look and feel that includes: interior, exterior, planograms, pricing, ad-set, down-stocking, and store functionality. • Ensure accurate record keeping, storage, and shipment/transfer of product to and from the store.• Uphold adherence to physical asset protection process to foster a foundationally strong shrink culture throughout the store.• Assist Manager in hiring selection, performance management, and disciplinary actions.• Prepare and conduct team meetings, trainings and other special events to communicate clear goals to team
