Negotiated purchase price and coordinated all aspects of due diligence. Through de novo expansion expanded specialty practice services lines and grew centers from 44 to 75. Standardized compensation & performance measurement practices and quota metrics improving transparency and effectiveness of the organization.  Established revenue objectives and achieved profitable sales growth by implementing profit and productivity improvement initiatives. Maximized the potential of existing and new contracts through the implementation of innovative solutions and best practices.
