Alaa Abbas Al Bardissy 21 years’ experience in the Construction field, commenced 2002 as a Quality Control Engineer. Current designation is QA/QC Lead and acting as QA/QC manager in Dutco Construction.2015-till now as a QA/QC Lead in Dutco Construction.Manage all QA/QC topics and Assess the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the siteAllocate Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity. Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. Evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel. "2013-2015" I 've joined to a joint venture of (Besix Orascom) in (Grand Egyptian Museum) Project as a Lead QA/QC EngineerMain task including but not limited to Develop and implement QA/QC managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and “2004-2013” being employed in a multinational Construction company(KHARAFI NATIONAL) which allowed to interact and deal with different mentalities and different management stylesWorked in high-rise projects (30 stories ) And conducting of series of internal audits according to international standards which KHARAFI-NATIONAL is certified underAs well as projects and departments- I worked in- have been examined through internal and external audits .Maintaining and following Quality Strategies and systems at siteDevelops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation“ 2002-2004” being employed in a plant for exhausted systems which allowed to deal with CNC machines, pistons& rolling machines and giving the opportunity to interact with different clients and solving assembling problems they would face.
