Role & Responsibilities: 1- Reviewing MEP designs and specifications to takes necessary action to meet the design deliverables.2- Review the BOQ and specifications and its alignment with project design documents and project requirements. 3- Stay abreast of local, and international building code and standards related to MEP system. Ensure all design and installations compliance with authorities. 4- Integrate sustainable and energy -efficient design principle into MEP system. Seek innovative solutions to optimize energy performance and reduce environmental impact5-Attend design meetings/reviews with the consultant along with DPD design team to ensure project’s progress alignment with the project schedule6- Carry out site walks and inspection for MEP services installation, identifying poor quality systems/items and rise SOR to the consultant team2- Ensure to complete the projects within the budget also striving for project Cost saving as much as possible3- Conduct quality reviews of MEP installations to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance identify and resolve any deficiencies promptly4- Documenting lesson learn in MEP projects to avoid issues/delays in the upcoming projects and to enhance efficiency system 5-Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawings & submittals and approved timeline program6- Assist in obtaining approvals on any design changes during execution and in finalizing selection of materials7- Conducting testing and commissioning with consultant to verify MEP system functionality and performance.8- Ensure smooth MEP training programs carry out to FM team on how to operate the MEP system efficiently and safely.9-Following Project closeout documents (warranties, OMM…etc. and ensure smooth handing over of all project documents to facility team 10-Reviewing MEP project specifications and commissioning procedures

1- Maintain detailed listing of materials required for the entire project from conception up-to its completion2- Schedule of meetings with the consultants regarding any changes /revisions on drawings as per client's request.3- Combine and merge all MEP shop drawings, and ensure no conflicts or clashes occur between MEP services.4- Prepare MEP co-ordination shop drawings based on approved civil shop drawings.5- Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.6- Ability to coordinate with MEP subcontractor on site and the subcontractor’s design office7- Coordinate technical and physical problems at site to ensure proper and smooth hand over process.8- Monitor progress to completion, tracking material item are on site to meet the schedule needs.9- Prepare shop drawings and material submittals for consultant’s approval10- Raise Request for Information (RFI) and Confirmation of Verbal Instructions (CVI).11- Preparation of MIR – (Material Inspection Report’s) followed by TS.12- Follow-up manpower distribution according to DR – (Daily Report’s) and WIR – (Work Inspection Report’s) as per decided activities on daily basis.13- Monitor the progress throughout the construction process on a weekly basis and compare with projected schedule of work with Preparing daily and weekly progress sheet for the running project for complete detail of activities.14- Strictly follow Mechanical Specification’s with method of statement’s in order to avoid NCR – (Non Conformance Report’s) issued by the Consultant’s, but also ensure quality and time effectiveness.15- Handing over the project to authorities (Dubai municipality, civil defense ,Dewa,..etc ) to get completion certificate (BCC).16- Handing over the project to consultant, client, and end user along with all closeout documentations.

1- Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.2- Prepare shop drawings and material submittals for consultant’s approval. 3- Preparation of MIR – (Material Inspection Report’s) and IR – (Inspection Report’s) for obtaining consultant approval.4- Prepare daily and weekly progress sheet for the running project with a complete detail of activities. 5- Maintain detailed listing of materials required for the entire project from conception up to its completion. 6- Manage subcontractors to ensure MEP activities are completed on time to project requirements. 7- Resolve any discrepancies between MEP and civil works as per site conditions
