- Supporting the HR team in allocation.- The POC between recruitment and training; gathering all booked interviews keeping track. on updating their status French, German and English.- Training Module coordination for all Teleperformance Academy classes (English/French/German).- Inductions; for WFRs documentation.- Keeping track on the trainee’s attendance and making sure the attendance is accurately being submitted on daily basis.- Vendor Booking and cost management. - Everything has to do with validation (Gathering and updating all TPA classes, making sure all trainees are correctly updated on SAP).- Making sure that the hiring plan is updated on a weekly basis - Coordinate training and recruitment updates.

- Updating and tracking the newly launched Sites 2G and 3G.- Tracking the D1s issued by the Radio team members as well as sending them to the concerned teams with such documents.- Tracking other documents done by the Radio team such as the designs of the sites or any modification that will occur on the sites and sending them to the team which will perform such tasks.- Reporting the updated On Air Sites in the network to other teams on weekly and monthly basis.- Carrying out any updates done on the databases.- Performing technical processing and analysis for RF data upon request.
