In my capacity as the Program Coordinator at the USAID Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEB-CAAP), I provide dedicated support to the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion components. Previously, I played a pivotal role in the USAID Lebanon Livelihood and Inclusive Finance Expansion program, focusing on MEL and actively educating colleagues on employment equity and inclusion.Recognized as a prominent advocate for youth with disabilities, I contribute to this cause through public speaking engagements, media interviews, and workshops. My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in biomedical science and an MBA in Human Resource Management.Driven by a passion for fashion, I have decided to embark on a project related to Fashion and Beauty.
