Arranged all SOP, P&P, Action plans, emergency plans, files, CCTV cameras installation, Panic alarm system and Forms as the hotel still in the pre-opening stage. Project an impeccable professional, confident, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, patrons, visitors and colleagues alike. Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information obtained to Shift Supervisors.Assume the responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor according to operational demands (Accommodate supervisor’s AL, PH, SL, etc.).Assume the responsibilities of Director of Security during his absence. Identify security and safety risks and report immediately to the Directory of Security.Compile security and safety statistics and present them to the Directory of Security to identify potential developing trends. Recommend to the Directory of Security proportionate countermeasures to minimize identified risks / negate trends. Close and frequent monitoring of Supervisors and conduct on-the-spot training/coaching for service/performance shortfalls when necessary.

Manage a team which has 32 person group size to Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, hotel guests and other persons to guard against theft and maintains the security of hotel’s premises.Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.Ensure that all defined operational standards are strictly maintained.Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

Perform under the direct management of Directory of Security to report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damages, theft, the presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
