1-Responsible for the Preparing and updating of resources database (in RAI system) as per the market rates for both Building and infrastructure.2-Receiving of the quotations from the sub-contractors and preparing of comparison sheet for the same.3-Responsible for Supervising of Quantity surveyors for all the civil and architectural works of the project.4-Responsible for Estimating & Pricing of the Direct and the Indirect cost for the project.5-Responsible for Negotiating the client and the consultant during post tender period.

Expertise in quantity surveying using AutoCAD and Excel, Pricing using RAI estimate system or Candy 2

Project Engineer familiar with all kinds of submittal forms, technical reports, managing the site activities, dealing with consultants and sub-contractors.
