- In charge of HR Development & Management in AECOM International Sudan (AIS) the implementing partner for USAID Project.- Managing compensation & benefits process (salary and pay rise reviews & bonus process) and follow up the payroll process. - Planning, operating and regularly reviewing the Headcount, C&B and HR operational budget.- Reviewing HR Policies & Procedures accordingly with AECOM Global HR Team.- Managing recruitment process.- Actively coaching and counseling the employees if it is needed in related issues. - Coordinating the talent management process – talent pipeline, succession and development plans and programs, - Analyzing the needs of the organization and organize the training classes accordingly, - Experienced in designing, developing HR Systems & internal Assessment Centers, - Managing and coordinating the HR & Admin.- Directly reporting to AIS Chief of Party.
