As a site manager, I possess the confidence to handle multiple responsibilities with ease. My primary role involves the supervision of site works and interpretative reporting for various tasks, including but not limited to the effective use of advanced techniques such as Dynamic Compaction (DC), Dynamic Replacement (DR), Replacement, and Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC). I am committed to ensuring that quality and organizational mission are achieved by following the instructions of the Geotechnical and design team. I am highly competent in managing and supervising the testing team for pre-investigation tests, internal QC tests, and post-improvement QC tests. Additionally, I am dedicated to ensuring that measurement equipment is operating by supervising the mechanical aspects and reporting any malfunctions. I am confident in planning and supervising the survey and earthwork team. Furthermore, I am proficient in documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into traceability and Production databases. I have the confidence to approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. I am also capable of making recommendations on the proposed use of a site and providing information. I am involved in all stages, from mobilizations to operation and recovery, and work closely with the operations department to ensure that the correct equipment is prepared and mobilized, operated, stored, and maintained to the highest possible standards.
