Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance with safety policies. Maintain a neat and clean yard at all times. Develop and implement yard fire protection programs to ensure fire safety. Maintain optimal level of customer services and assist to resolve all customer issues. Coordinate with supervisor and receive all materials and prepare the necessary paperwork for same. Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase orders as necessary. Perform routine and nonroutine maintenance on equipment and prepare a report to submit to the store manager. Monitor loading of materials to ensure safe transfer to other stores. Coordinate with other departments and investigate accidents and identify the root cause of damage. Monitor the work of employees and initiate disciplinary actions as required.
