- Manage IT team (10 persons).- Develop and enhance IT department Services. - Evaluate and enhance IT infrastructure & IT hardware.- Evaluate and enhance all software including ERP, POS (Point of Sales) - Increase department performance & maintain high a quality services.- Evaluate and select new ERP system (SAP, Oracle, MS AX2009, .... etc).- Implement new ERP system after selection and partner evaluation.

- Plan & control four major departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Production and Pre-Press).- Plan to purchase required raw materials, such as OPP, CPP, PVC, PET, FOAM, Label Films, Aluminum, Paper, ......etc. (material value is more than 70 Million SR)- Provide suppliers with delivery schedules and dates. - Build good relations with raw material suppliers such as Hydro, Sumitomo, Henkel, Morchem, Gerroplast, klockener, Ester, Flex, Taghleef, Gulf Packaging, Egywrap, Al Basti, Ink Product, Safra, Vimpex, Treofan, Radici.- Monitor and control warehouse Stock level. - Prepare monthly and daily production plans.- Control production by issue daily production job orders.- Provide sales with orders schedules and delivery dates - Coordinate with pre-press dept. to prepare cylinders for Roto Graviour and plates for Flexo and Gallus Machines.
