- Record journal entries in ERP System.- Perform month end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.- Settlement and follow-up of all banks accounts.- process accounts payable transactions, including receiving, reviewing and coding invoices .- Reconcile vendor & customer statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies.- process accounts receivables transactions, including receiving, reviewing and coding invoices- prepare accounts payable & accounts receivables reports.- recording daily and weekly payment runs and process payments to ensure timely and accurate paymentprocessing.- Preparing Accounts receivable aging.- follow up for processing receipts for goods.- performing suppliers & Customers balance reconciliation with internal records.- Assist with the month end closing entries and reconciliation.- Follow up and review petty cash.- Preparing and submit VAT reports monthly.- Preparing payroll and make payroll journal entries.- Record assets & Calculating depreciation of assets and preparing journal entries.- Preparing aging payable reports weekly.- Very Good User of ERP System and MS office
