• Main Responsibilities are to manage the accounts and reporting to the management on weekly and monthly basis.
• Receipt, tracking and processing all the Invoices received.
• Process Payments for all suppliers, services and Projects.
• Establishing of Letter of Credit and arranging all amendments as per requirement and funds arrangement before due date.
• Check the sub-contractor payment certificate and approve them for payment. Compare the sub-contractor work with budget and report to management on variances
• Monitor and maintain prepaid expenses like Rents, Insurance, deposits and maintenance charges paid on annual basis.

• Dealing in arranging Guarantees and insurance for all running projects.
• Fulfill all the formalities with client while starting a new Project, like issue of tender bond, arranging CAR and workman compensation policies.
• Keep record of tender results for future references.
• Preparation of Cash flow for new projects (for financing point of view) and arrange to Finance from Bank.
• Analyze financing facilities offered by different banks and advise to finance manager.
• Assist to Finance Manager in all corporate related matters.
