- Identifying new sales leads- Pitching products and/or services- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Filling in daily reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required
