⦁ Coordinated the conception and design of exhibitions and display as a key member of the Museum team.⦁ Reviewed project deliverables to ensure schedules were maintained.⦁ Competently utilised AutoCAD to produce both two and three dimensional visuals and physical mock-ups for presentation.⦁ Monitored and controlled project scope, schedule, resources, financials and delivered updates to stakeholders.⦁ Transitioned the deployment of projectors to in-house operation by purchasing 6 high-end powerful projectors with their accessories, enabling LAD to significantly optimize costs and timeframes by reducing the dependency on external contractors.⦁ Successfully designed The Louvre Abu Dhabi book stand for Abu Dhabi international book fair 2022 working with the Museography department unit head.

⦁ Monitored performance and ensured the completion of project deliverables.⦁ Planned workflow, assessed priorities, allocated timescales, and distributed work per level of expertise required. ⦁ Responsibility for estimating work efforts, design work, detailing, as well as quantity and budget estimation.
