• Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions of subcontracts.• Developing budgets and timeframes.• Acting as a focal point between the Client, the Company, and Suppliers.• Endorse installation plan, review and approve method statements & site ITP.• Manage the execution of ongoing installation projects.• Allocate the site team and ensure that all employees are thoroughly trained and motivated to perform their duties up to the standards.• Check availability of tools & site equipment.•Maintain close contact with the site team at all times to sort out any problems that might arise.•Ensure all site commitments are completed on time, to the quality standards and within budget.• Assist in the department’s yearly objective setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field service staff.• Initiate annual performance review meetings, evaluate weaknesses and strengths, and highlight possible improvements and opportunities for the department employees.

• Plan, initiate and execute installation projects for GRE pipes and GRP Manholes and pipes in the UAE.• Develop method statements, ITPs, and training programs required for each unique project.• Initiate and Implement repair procedures in the event of failures on site.• Responsible for providing cost estimates for site installation works, work schedule, planning, and related site activities such as training and repairs during the quotation and execution period.• Ensure all Contracts/Work Service Orders and related official correspondences from Main Contractors and Subcontractors are in line with the agreed conditions and profit margins set by the company. Preparation of the required reports for management’s review.• Attend pre‐bid and kick-off meetings for final clarifications.• Determine project responsibilities and other required elements and allocate personnel in each respective activity.• Ensure all project activities such as preparation of drawings, the material used, machines, deliveries, and invoices are controlled and executed as planned and scheduled.• Responsible for following up on all logistics and personnel activities related to Services Department in order to ensure required action is being done in line with the project specifications and execution plan.• Ensure smooth and timely flow of information by generating regular reports on project status and recommended actions.• Conduct Training and Certification Classes on GRE/GRP handling & jointing procedures• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
