I had always been very curious, ever since I was a kid, reading books, watching movies and documentaries. I wanted to know everything and I have been like this ever since. • This passion carried me through my education, I studied Economics and Political Science, at Cairo University, with pretty much same fascination that drove before. It was here that I learnt truly how much there was yet to learn and yet to give, and that’s what inspired my career path.• Started as community volunteer with Etijah-Youth and Development Consultancy Institute in a “Higher Education initiative” program, as I learned how to communicate, present engaging content, manage social media platforms, and build a network. • Then, being a data collector in a statistic research program, I conducted In-person Interviews (fieldwork). Had to deal with culturally diverse communities which made me more aware of our differences, and it did increase my overall openness, adaptability and flexibility. • After that I was privileged to work as Training coordinator\Trainer for almost two years at Rixos, during which received a letter of appreciation for hard working.It introduced me to the hospitality industry, learnt the importance of teamwork, became more goal oriented and prepared to any sudden.My manager once asked why training and development... it’s lightbulb moments that I’m addicted on, it’s when you know that you gave knowledge to someone or did something, and it made difference.• When I’m not working, I volunteer, Charities, Egyptian Red Crescent, applied with UNV, and Google local guide program (Edit maps, put small business on map, give constructive feedback).For me volunteering is not just to put on resume, it’s the answer for” How to make a difference, and enjoy making that difference?” >> I’m pretty comfortable with traveling and reallocation. Being a fresher, changing surroundings, working with different people and exploring new places would be a great chance to grow myself in every possible way and enrich my experience and knowledge; if the opportunity is appropriate, rewarding and feasible.And since I was brought up in sinai- a place full of people with different cultures- I don’t think it will be difficult to blend in.I’m an art lover, and I believe in its ability to make a change. I also enjoy meeting new people and I like travelling, it teaches you about yourself, about accepting, makes you more tolerant, open-minded and independent.
