• Reviewing tender packages and preparing bill of quantities.• Ensuring technical and commercial compliance of procured materials/services.• Processing local and foreign purchase orders.• Sourcing new suppliers and optimizing procedures of supply chain.• Timely procurement of materials and services at optimum cost.• Organizing vendors lists with respect to category, items and services.• Evaluating vendor's performance with regards to price, quality and delivery.• Coordinating with vendors to compliance with specifications and delivery time.• Update MMS (Materials Monitoring Sheet) for local and foreign Materials.• Coordinate with finance department to arrange the payment for suppliers.
