Senior Business Consultant, duties include:• Focus on functional/business implementation tasks related to the T24 Core Banking• Participate in the review of client organization, processes and workflows and contribute to the proposal of the target organization, processes and workflows to maximize the Client’s benefit from the Temenos products.• Identify any gaps between the Client’s business / functional requirements and the Temenos product capabilities.• Write specifications, if and when needed, for local development and ensure that the relevant development team(s) have a clear understanding of these specifications.Responsible for assigned specific implementation tasks.• Participate in functional testing to support Client testing.• Participate in data mapping on an as-needed basis.• Participate in interface mapping / design on an as-needed basis.• Participate in interface configuration on an as-needed basis.• Participate in reports mapping / design on an as-needed basis.• Provide clear and concise functional documentation for internal and external use.• Assist with client functional training as necessary (Induction Training, support of BSG, Upgrade Assessments and any other appropriate ad hoc training needs).• Provide regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager and/or Lead Business Consultant in order to achieve project goals.• Coordinate with the Temenos maintenance groups to ensure that any product issues encountered by the client are understood and resolved.• Draft functional support hand-over documents and obtain approval.• Assume a supporting role in all workshops (PLW, etc.) and assist in obtaining client sign-off on the BSDDs. LBA has sign off responsibility for BRDs, FSDs, and ISDs (from a functional view point).• Work with any Partner resources.• Follow the Scope and business objectives of the Project and the critical success factors such as timing and cost of Projects.

• Ensures implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed.• Ensures that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Bank policy and governmental regulations.• Responsible for managing both supervisors and collective bargaining unit personnel in Payment processing.• Ensures productivity and quality standards in accordance with the bank operating plan. Plans, organizes and directs the activities of department supervisors. • Develops Human Resources, capital and expense budgets for the department.• Responsible for monitoring the annual budget on a monthly basis to ensure that operating budgets and goals are met. Identifies ways to minimize check fraud.• Interacts with other departments to obtain and exchange information required for the accurate posting of payments.• Analyzes and authorizes proposed operational enhancements and evaluates the effects on internal operations as well as operations in respective departments.• Develops and monitors procedures that accurately identify key business processes including the documentation as they relate to treasury operations and remittance processing function.• Demonstrates an understanding of bank business planning issues and recommends appropriate responsive actions.

Responsible Consultant:•For the Implementation of T24 module bank. Assigned to the documentation of the Business Requirements and consequently to the designing of the Functional Specifications.•To transform business requirements into solutions leveraging sound knowledge of T24 modules and features.•To setup and check the priority of list of gaps and fill the required BRD’s for treasury, securities and payments modules as team leader, and as team member for all other modules.•To coordinate and collaborate with the business users and T24 Technical Analyst to configure and setup parameters tables, such as currency, interest, and charges tables.•To develop and evaluate Testing Scenarios in T24 using the Validata. •Responsible for the module of Payments, Treasury & Private Banking.

Responsibilities include to:- Ensure prompt and accurate release of treasury transactions.- Make accurate Verification for Foreign exchange, Money Market, and Securities deals. - Confirm all related swift messages and pre-match treasury deals. - Control settlement process.- Journalize all coupons, actions, and financial entries. - Prepare end of month securities portfolio evaluation and update P/L.Highlights: Treasury Transactions include:- Bank Payments.- Foreign exchange (Customers margin trading, Bank own book currency exchange in spot, forward, and swaps), Money (Interbank lending and borrowing Market, IRS) and Securities.Monitoring:- RMA with banks.- Test key codes.- Forex internet platform.

Central Operation Unit. Responsibilities include: Ensure prompt and accurate release of inward and outward transfers. Act as a checker major in remittance documents checking. Handle inward and outward collection cheques. Extraction of checks and remittances and Package Prep. Extraction includes, extracting and inputting information into the computer system. Highlights: - SWIFT advanced.

Responsibilities include to: - Take applications to open most or all types of deposit accounts. - Sell, counsels and advises customers requiring assistance with specialized types of bank products. -Perform all computer functions for maintenance of accounts including opening, closing, interest calculations, monitoring of deposits and disbursement eligibility. - Perform commercial loans and extending credit to individuals and assorted businesses.Highlights:- Bank Services include all type of bank products, and services.
