CurrentI'm a Head of development Area and reporting directly to the CTO, i'm also a support to planning manager: i participate in the development strategy (with the PM and PO) as well as in the definition and the implementation of the product life-cycle; participate in the cost-controlling strategy (with the rest of the management team); follow disciplinary leadership and coordination of the area as wellas responsibility for budget, deadline and capacity planning including the reporting; I work with planning manager to manages all general planning issues for a department or project.I'm always team leader for a very interesting project, the most important: -SDABocconi: redesigned and developed the new corporate site for SDABocconi ,develop new integration with their infrastructure(CRM, ecommerce,SSO) e other service REST for the frontend and the app mobile. I used Java 8, Tomcat 8, Struts2 , Hibernate. Ant, Junit, Terracotta for the cache.-BPER: I managed the chatbot development for BPER banca, using google platform (dialogflow e firebase). Started a new project for a bank loan calculator, based Java 8.-COOP Alleanza: developed and managed the new digital loyalty collection and new digital leaflet. I developed service REST for the frontend and integration with customer services. I used Java 8, Tomcat 8, Struts2 , Hibernate. Ant, Junit, Ehcache.
