I am an experienced customer service specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry from working at PNC Bank and The Bank of Princeton. I also have 4+ years of experience within retail banking. I began my career with PNC Bank and worked my way up from part time teller to universal banker. I then continued my banking career with The Bank of Princeton as an Assistant Branch Manager. Currently I am growing and succeeding with The Bank of Princeton as a Cash Management Specialist. These careers have taught me skills in customer service, sales, strategic planning, communication, and cashiering. I am also strong within meeting quotas, supervising over other employees, meeting customer needs, and working within teams. I currently have an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts Business from Middlesex County College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Decision Sciences from Monmouth University. I am ready to branch out, and learn more within my future careers.
